I have no idea what's going on here, but I'd like to know. You guys know everything. Anyone wanna have a go?

It was taken at the 1924 World Scout Jamboree. The campfire has just been lit in the distance and several troops are working together to get the world's largest wiener over to the fire so that it can be cooked ready for the campfire sing-along.

I googled 'blimp atomic bomb'. Note that for the search there were no quotes. I searched images, and this was on the first page.
