Just D/L your PR_Bf109f_JG53 repaint. Excellent, as I think most people here would agree. Included with your zip file is a jpeg of the aircraft flying over some scenery that looks pretty good too. Possibly for Malta or Italy?
Since I have a work in progress of building a campaign in the Mediteranian, from the south up through Italy,could you please tell me if ground pics are for that area? Any information about it would be great.

Malta scenery and landclass are from Giorgio. I couldn't find it in the scenery add ons, so search the old forums for 'Malta' and look for the attachments. If you couldn't find it, send me a private message with your email adress.
My ground textures for the MTO are Captain Kurt's 'Spanish terrain' textures, they are available at cfs2 scenery.
