If anyone has any contact with Alphasim......I just purchased the T-34C and did not get credit for it on their site so I can not download. I can priovide this:

<TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 summary="The following table contains 5 columns pertaining to account transactions: the first displays the date of the transaction, the second gives a description of the transaction, the third displays the type of transaction, the fourth the transaction status and the fifth the available balance as a result of the transaction." cellPadding=0 width="100%"><TBODY><TR id=row12 class=module1bkgd3><TD class="tp_top pfmStyle7" width="13%" align=left></TD><TD class=t2_top width="52%">CHECKCARD 05/29 ALPHASIM TAURANGA </TD><TD class=mi_top1 width="8%" align=middle>https://onlineeast2.bankofamerica.com/eas-docs/images/type_generic_debit.gif</TD><TD class=mi_top width="8%" align=middle>https://onlineeast2.bankofamerica.com/eas-docs/images/statusicon_processing.gif</TD><TD class=tp_top2 width=61 noWrap align=right>-$41.09
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

from my checking account online. I also got an onscreen approval from the banking company they use that I email them but I no longer have this since it was cut and pasted to them in an email. So I'm out $41.09 with no aircraft download links.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you!

Hi, I believe that you can write on Alphasim Support with his email system: I have written them with success...

Best regards,
Luca

I have a vested interest in sales of this aircraft. I'll bring
this to Alphasim's attention. You're not out your money.

Mr. "skyhawka4m,"

Phil (owner/operator) of AlphaSim is real good with customer feedback/issues. He's been extremely helpful to me on several occasions so, do send him an email: alphasim1@alphasim.co.uk (alphasim1@alphasim.co.uk) Also, I have that model and it is great. Good Luck! :salute:

Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (http://www.lionheartcreations.com/Spiritual_Journey.html)

Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
From,
James F. Chams

Just got an email from Phil and it has already been sorted on it's own. I don't know if you realize it but the folks at Alphasim who can do anything about anything are in Australia -- it's Sunday there. There is a massive time difference. Despite anyone's best wishes no one is sitting in front of a PC 24/7 ready to handle events as quickly as they occur. In any case, it had already been dealt with even without my alerting anyone.
