Got this email the other day with details of forthcoming Horizon VFR products. Aparently users of the current VFR products will have free updates to the 3d bridges and HD cities.

As 40% of our known user base only ever use FS2004, the next production of
England and Wales 3 volumes will be made available for FS2004 users only at
a lower retail price as we

believe FS2004 only users should not have to pay for something they do not
use. And vice versa for FSX users only.

What about Scottish Airports we here you ask?

Playsims Publishing are again delighted to announce that a new publishing
deal with Scotflight has been agreed.
All of the Scottish airports including the international airports are now
in development and are being designed to integrate with FSX completely.
There will be over 60 airports in total and it will be released in two
volumes, most probably East and West.
Retail price has yet to confirmed as this is subject to the amount of
development but we should have this title ready by Early Spring 2011.

Yes, it will be nice to have the whole of the mainland covered within the next 12 months. Perhaps Ireland will be next?

I keep looking at France VFR as an option for cross channel hops, but I'm not dazzled by the resolution they're using. The screen shots look a little fuzzy.
