Video runs about 4 and a half minutes......well worth the watch. Specially when the wing is brought up to and down...then up to 150% wing loading capacity....wings are of a composite material

I vaguely remember a simiilar thread on this test, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, those wing stress tests are really amazing things to watch. Anyone nervous about flying should simply look at one of those test videos and relax!

My mom one time asked me about whether turbulence could rip the wing off my Skyhawk. I told her not to worry because long before that could happen, she'd pass out from the forces and never know what happened! :icon_lol:

I don't think she thought that was funny! :mixedsmi:
