Would you like to be our SOH “Member of the Week”? If you answered yes, or if it piqued your interest, then please read on!

At SOH, we have such a wonderful melting pot of cultures, nationalities, backgrounds, beliefs and experiences. So each week, we would love to highlight one of our community members, by shining the spotlight on them. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about one another.
If you are interested in participating, here are some details:
You will need to send me a PM to let me know you are interested. Please put “MOTW” in the subject line. Members of the Week will be picked in order the PMs are received. For example: The first member to send me a PM will be our first Member of the Week.
The chosen member will be asked a total of 10 questions. However, in addition to the 10, one more question will be asked to all participating members. And that question will be: “What one question would you like the next MOTW to answer?” Whichever question the current Member of the Week chooses, will be asked to the next MOTW.
If you do not feel comfortable answering one of the questions, you will have the option not to, by simply putting N/A as your answer. The questions will aim to trigger answers that are both fun & educational.
The MOTW thread will be a sticky thread in the Newshawks and will run from Sunday to Saturday. Every Sunday, a new MOTW will be posted in the Newshawks.
The questions will be sent a few days in advance, so the next MOTW has enough time to answer them. Once you are done answering all the questions, you will send your answers back to me via PM.
During the week, all other SOH members will be able to comment on the MOTW’s answers, as well as ask additional questions.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to participate, we will ask that you be engaged and respond to other members’ questions and/or comments made during “YOUR” week.
Once your turn as a MOTW is done, your thread will locked and moved to a sub-forum, where it will remain for all members to go back and read at their leisure.
You will also have the option to submit a real life picture of yourself, or of your family. You may also choose to submit a picture of a beloved pet or even a project you are working on. Whatever you feel comfortable sharing with us will be fine. Remember, this will be all about YOU!
