Hey All,

Thought you'd want to know, sad or not, about the passing of Greg Pepper.

RedGreen posted at FlightSim with a couple of links to calcalassics forum and a tribute video he has done.

A pillar in the community, Greg will be sorely missed by each of us.

Warm regards,

Hey All,

Salt A tremendously sad for everyone who enjoyed his aircraft - I really liked the Convairs and DCs. My thoughts do go out to his friends and family.

We've had a thread running up in the main FS2004 forum over this event - just so you know.

Sorry to hear this. His work opened my eyes to an era in aviation that I had never explored until the AVSIM team used the DC-7 to cross the oceans in the race a few years ago. Until then I had not looked too deep into the period of civil aviation between WWII and the Jet age.

I have had many hours of enjoyment learning to fly the DC-7 and it really opened my eyes into the Propliner era of aviation.

God Bless and God Speed and thank you.
