It's 10:22, 4 June, 1942.....and the Japanese are about to lose the war.....

Now, you know what would be cool is if you had an AI Jap ship that had a perimeter activation where flak started going off along with tracers....

@ lionheart: try Davids (dswo) Solomon ship traffic and fly to the southern tip of Bougainville at the right time. See http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=32426
Then put a flak-jacket on :-))

Mark

It's the only carrier I can find for that era, unless anybody can point me in the direct of a Japanese one?

TeaSea, I searched but could not find the proper thread right away. You might want to contact David (dswo) in the thread mentioned by me above.

Well, I don't know, what has gotten into the minds of those gunners attacking me while I was happily plowing through the evening skies near Bougainville (minding my own business) ?!

Solomons naval traffic:
Here's the thread where it's discussed: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=32831. Go to the end of the thread for the most recent download.
Limitations:
- Flak is not built-in. How/where would we add this? I like the idea.
- All of the models in this package are distributed with the permission of the authors. To date, I have only one IJN model, a destroyer by Ron Jeffers. If you know of others, and they're FSX-native, let me know and I'll contact the modeler for permission to use it.
The next version will include a Liberty Ship modeled by Phil Crowther and recompiled for FSX by Ian Thatcher (who joined us here last week).
