Ok.

I just installed a new hard drive, and Windows7. Am trying to install scenery, and have encountered a problem.

The scenery I am trying to add in this case is the wonderful NAS Pensacola (KNPA) by Jim D. I placed the KNPA directory in the ADDON Scenery folder in FSX, and then went into Settings in FSX to add it.

Well, when I select that directory, it opens the directory instead of just adding the entire directory to the scenery list. Not sure what to do here, and have never encountered this problem.

This is a much-discussed weirdness of Windows 7, NC. Here's a quick illustrated answer:

For me I found a left-click in the same area did the trick. Very odd indeed.

I found I just left click on the main window after doing the OK button. This works on both FSX and FS9. Weird, but once you've done it, it becomes second nature. :wiggle:
