In my (laymen's) experience, combofix is arguably the most effective malware removal software when your standard protection is swinging and missing.
Whatever you do, do NOT, I repeat do NOT download it from combofix.org. The folks responsible for combofix itself will tell you not to. Combofix.org has no affiliation with the real combofix. The official looking website and official looking combofix.org is nothing but a virus itself.
Unfortunately, if you search for combofix, combofix.org is one of the first websites that pops up.
