Flight Controls Locked?

So my buddy was playing FSX, and was trying to figure out how to do Shift-O for the mouse.

Not sure what he clicked, but now my Hotas Cougar setup won't work.

All the buttons still work fine, but no throttle or stick control.

Is there a control lock button I don't know about? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have already re calibrated the stick

Try hitting CTRL+k it's the default keyboard command for turning the joystick on and off.
