I just stumbled on this forum. I will be spending some time here.

Here are a couple images of some birds.

The GBH was shot on a very overcast windy day using a D1H.

The Osprey was shot from the car using a D2X. Again windy.

Both shots are from St. Marks NWR, just south of Tallahassee, FL.

Oh very pretty photos!
I especially like the second picture- the colors always amaze me. They are so "real"- I can almost "touch" the feathers...

Would you mind sharing the link to that forum Russ?
