If you have this file running in services you can disable it without any harm. It's part of MS's search Toolbar and will remain running after you uninstall it. Go in admin in Control Panel and go services and just disable it. My FSX runs and loads faster without this file starting at boot.
You can also do a google search and there is an article on this and how to uninstall.
