Thanks!!

MSTS. This is the first route I've ever tried to make, so not sure how well it's gonna turn out,LOL.

I've had it for many years, but never could really get it into it. it's just set on the shelf collectin dust. Found it again last year an re-installed it an decided to teach myself how to make a route.

Guess I should mention, in my little MSTS world, Burlington Northern DIDN'T merge with the Santa Fe.

So ya won't see any BNSF stock on my little railroad,LOL. But ya might see some newer engines in BN green an black that ya won't see in the real world.

I see a stary KCS engine tacked on to a train round every great now an then. It's been a long time tho.

Course, I used to work right beside the tracks, now I'm several miles away. Don't get to see as many trains as I used to.

a map of what I have so far. It's took me over a year to get this far. Altho, I did take a couple months break in there.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v126/gramps/route/map.jpg

Still gotta ways to go on track to get to Memphis,Tn. and figure I'm only 20-30% done with the scenery on what track I do have laid. I figure I've got close to 400 miles of track, not includin yards or spurs, got about 120-130 more to go to get to memphis.

Then there's the direct route from Springfield to Memphis...........................just not to sure that one will make it into it,LOL.

I wish P!! Sadly MSTS2 was cancelled just a few months before it was to be released. When MS shut down aces studio, MSTS2 was shut down too.

MSTS is 8-9 yrs old, but like CFS2...it refuses to die,LOL.

There's still stuff bein made for it every day.
Lots of improvements have been made to it, it's not the same game that it was when released.

Sorry, I don't do ebay ... just like I try to avoid going to wal-mart, flea markets, using coupons, etc.

ebay stuff reeks of being used more often or not and I prefer to buy new if I can. :)

Wow Gramps I cannot believe what you have done with MSTS-AWESOME. I'm still sitting on the fence wondering which way to go for train simulators. I have MSTS and only had it loaded one time.
