Hi,
I'm working on a repaint of the Aerosoft F-16 as a Block 50 from the Royal air force of Oman. The closest model for the late production RAFO Falcon's is the GE engined FACH (Chile) Blk 50, really only the Sniper pod and a few RWR antennas which is missing for a full Omani F-16.
Nothing special with the Omani paint scheme, really low vis, but it is a interesting change from flying US or European Vipers. Actually it was the Arabian numbers which proved a bit of work to get right. I have included a new dessert flight suit for the pilot together with the Omani F-16 and 18 sqn patch.
In August 2002 Oman ordered twelve F-16C/D Block 50 under the Peace A'sama A'safiya (Clear Skies) program (8 F-16C and 4 F-16D). They were delivered in 2005/2006 to 18 Sqn at Thumrayt AB.
