I don't know..Acording to what he says about it they might be a use if you ever are getting OOM errors..

Seems like it couldn't hurt...but I know nothing about doing this...

All I know is that a reboot completely cleans the memory..but that does no good in you are gaming...

I DLed it just to play with it some and see if I could see a difference..i have one plane, the The Dutchess, than can make my system get OOM errors at times in weather, even though I run 4 gigs of good fast mem...

Well, the first thing it did was not give me a shortcut on my desktop as it said it was, so who knows if its actually installed and running ...lol

With the improved memory management of 7, my money is on "you don't need this kind of tool anymore".

Guys you might try something like these "official" Windows 7 tips for clearing memory.
http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/clear-windows-7-cache/

The one I've used is the "Clearing Memory Cache" option. I even have the icon on my desktop as suggested.

I fired it off while flying and it doesn't seem to bother anything. Not quite sure it's actually doing anything either. :)

The first time I used it during an extended flight it seemd like it took a moment to do "something". After I flew on for several more hours I clicked the icon again. The second time it took half a moment to do "something".

I just don't know what that "something" is but it made me feel better. :icon_lol:

Well..Thinking it may have done something is far better than knowing it did nothing....LOL
