Man I love the Blue Angles, the F-16 was my favorite aircraft with them.

F-16 Blue Angels? I wasn't aware they flew 16s.

Me either? Before the F/A -18 it was the A-4F Skyhawk, and before that the F-4 Phantom, I think.

Oops...was thinking about the Thunderbirds at the same time. Correction: My favorite is the F-18:costumes:

Sweeeet, Panther! I totally missed that when it was uploaded to AvSim. (Tend to just look for the dark blue entries. :)
Did you have to do anything to the textures for FSX usage?

Too dark a blue! Think Post Office Blue, because that's what they first used on the Bearcat! :d All paints were made from what was available then. Since the A-4, Pratt & Lambert have made the paints, which are special and expensive.
But the Blues flew an entirely different Gutless, the F7U-1, not the F7U-3. They only had two for the 1952 season and they only performed at two airshows because of teething problems always involved with the F7U-1. Understand only 14 production line dash ones left Chance-Vought before production was shifted to the dash 3, an entirely larger beast. The Blues were forced to ground their two dash ones, but the two shows they appeared at were the first time the general public got to see jet engines with afterburners.
