Two interesting studies that serve as a basis for Brabazon Passenger aircraft:

It still amazes me that aircraft that heavy can lift off the ground and fly merely be airflow over the wings.........

Yep. 72,000 lb of normal bomb load... So far, I haven't seen it for CFS2, is there any?

Look at the amazing first picture, and also the double deck transport variant prototype, the XC-99...

The pre-flight checklist had 600 steps and took an hour to perform... not the kind of plane for a scramble take-off...

XB-36 prototype: The tires of the single-wheel main landing gear were nine feet in diameter.
It was soon replaced by a four-wheel bogie.

There certainly is:

Third plane from the bottom on the page. I have this plane and use it mostly as an AI target in a 1950s "WW3" scenario, I fly early Russian jets against it.

Interesting what-if paintings, but the "Avro 10 engined bomber" looks strange to me: the wings of the Lancaster have been super-stretched, with 10 engines instead of 4 (and there is a third vertical fin), but the length of the fuselage seems to be the same. I don't get it. :)

The fuselage was bigger, but seems the same size cause of the extra large wings.

The British bomber was to be larger with a 80t bomb load!

Hmmm, ok :)
But I hope they had planned to cram this fuselage full with bombs (and maybe also under the wings), with such a horsepower and such large wings.

The idea was to carry ONE superbomb! This plane is a tribute to insanity!

...this could be a terrific what if for CFS2 Europe 1946!
Cheers
