Hi all,

With the lack of updates we thought it would make a nice addition to release a promotional shot of the hellcat with her tractor.

We're currently ironing out some issues but I'm hoping the release date will be towards the end of November if all goes according to plan, so we can finish our other aircraft.

Sounds great Dean. :applause:

You know, with everyone now doing warbirds with firing guns, rockets and the ability to drop bombs there should be a way for combat and damage someday..... I'd hope. We need a way to utilize the WWII bombers and have an online WWII with FSX. Something we only had for single player in B-17 The Mighty 8th. It would even be nice for Korea, Nam and Desert Storm too. ;) yeah I klnow... M$ isn't going to help us with that anytime soon.... but it's one heck of a wish from many out there.

in Single player, I guess the AI controlled target tug would be too easy to shoot down, but destroying static objects is easy enough done.

Very nice modeling/texturing, looking forward to it!

thats a nice screenshot there realflight duder... is there a full FSX Essex class carrier about I wonder?

one of the most fun things to do in the old 1c Il2 franchise was trapping 'cats and Corsairs on the carriers - I could fly traps all day in that sim it was good clean fun.

Hope that it flies as good as it looks. I have been having a hoot landing the "Katrina" F4U-4 on the MAAM CVL in FS9. FSX has even better possibilities! Carrier landings are where you really get to work out the accuracy of low speed handling!

Cheers: T.
