You know you are bored (or totally loony) when you just pack on clothes and take a 9-mile walk on a cold, clear day! But weather has been icky and the California rains are to move in Sunday, so why not.

Anyhow, here are two panos for the 4.5-mile out and back walk on the Riverwalk Trail in Danville, Virginia. The first is near my start, Union St. Bridge and the old White Mill building. The second is after I top out at the old city garhage dump near the airport. Entire walk encompassed three and a half hours, but I stopped to take pix and I packed some lunch and sit by a babbling brook and ate it. The course is flat save for the walk up Graveyard Hill (biker given name and well deserving) to the spot where I took the second shot.

Great work, especially the second photo. I'd either increase the saturation a bit more, or turn it down (turning it into a black & white photo) and add a bit of contrast. You could use a 'filter' in Photoshop (Elements)/Lightroom/Aperture, etc to get the same effect.
