Is it just me, or does the snow at the polar caps give away the thoughts that there is water on Mars?

That guy thinks Mars doesn't "twinkle" because it's a planet...

Bill - the question isn't "is there water", but how much, how long ago was it liquid, how far under the surface is it now, and how easy is it to get at it so we can make oxygen to breath, ice cubes for the soda pops, and rocket gas...
