i have given to simmarket also the key so he should have receive it.......i don't sell without key...i do not have any email from simmarket customer...i should also know who is is...we have a forum

seems there is a problem with netwings...i dont have permission to write...bytheway i have checked and key arrives in the email order with simmarket...so it's a mistery why he dont see it...roger can you say him to submit a ticket saying the email address of the order?

seems at least was able to send a pm on netwings forum to this man, but no traces of confirmation email of that forum..so i can't write.

should be a new game...i have registered with 2 different email address at netwings..never received activation key. also he says ordered by cd, i dont have order from simmarket by CD............just hurted now to not have activation key and can't answer on that forum.....

i have checked but now dont let me login...also if details are fine.....asked change password...but as activation didnt arrive the email....i wrote with username icarusgold 2 private messages to that person ...no answer..no support ticket sent....

ok i just had enought time about it...i m still not able to write there...i sent 2 private messages at him and he do not answer...the system at simmarket do not recognize any order with cd...dont know what to say more....if he want he know where to catch us...on our website forum, contact us link of support center and submit a ticket...i have passed 4 hours trying to resolve but no answer from him...instead to blaim on forum could simply contact us...i receive email from all the world...only me and simmarket seems can't receive email from him...still never received. You know how i am fast to give support.......

Ah ok, I didn't see the icarusgold member but enabled the icarus member which both are you I suppose?
Both accounts are now working.

hi, i am registered as icarusgold with my business email address and as icarus with an hotmail email address....the icarusgold i can login but not receive activation key...the icarus i can't login...also if password is right..i have asked a change password also not received, if you can activate icarusgold...thanks
