I've always had problems finding good flight plans. This samll utility helps a lot:

Works very simply. If I can run it anyone can. I use it in conjunction with FlightSim Commander to make flight plans.

I use this too, great little util.
Although its for FS9 it work OK for FSX but I do hope he douse a proper FSX version some time.
