I downloaded the terrific Viking Twin Otter Turbo "Amphib" at PAD and took her for a spin. Great soundset, by the way and a terrific "Demonstrator" livery by Todd Cass. Anyway, I decided to spruce up the VC panel a bit and so here is the WIP version. Not much else to do really, some panel labels in a few areas maybe, but otherwise complete.
