I got to see her at the Sunday show, quite the impressive aircraft. I will have to see if I got any decent shots of her from the Randolph show.

It looks like an airshow, Kofschip. Anyone would be allowed to take pictures.
Even if there wasn't an airshow going on, I'm sure if Panther asked a pilot or Crew Chief they'd escort him out to the flightline under their own restricted area badge and a brief call to the command post. I used to do it all the time for friends in communications and other people that aren't granted normal flightline access like Panther.

I love the cold, calm comments if a 105mm shell evaporates half a dozen enemy combatants.
"That must've hurt..."

It sounds like you've lead a full life. I'd love it if you could start a thread so that we can pick your brain, if you don't mind.

Sorry to be so late in replying, my wife is sick in intensive care at the hospital. Multiple pulminary embolisms and they cannot find the cause. I have been the last 2 1/2 days a total mental mess. What would you like me to start a thread about?:salute:

Thank you very much for your prayers. I believe that they are helping, my friends. My wife is now stabilized, but still don't know the cause of the pulminary embolisms. We will know Monday the results of her bloodtests. This will determine whether the next stop in Sloan-Kettering Hospital (cancer) in New York or whether she will come home. Everybody, thank you again for your prayers. -- Jerry

My prayers are going out to you! I have that problem. Did they check for an elevated Factor 8 in her blood? I have that, but they're not at all sure it causes the clots..... I suffered from them several years ago in both lungs, but today I'm healthier than I was before the clots. My hopes and prayers are that your wife experiences the same recovery!
