There is no right or wrong answer.....do you dare to share your answer?

Question: If it meant receiving $30,000 at the end of the third month, would you consider not being able to shower, bathe and brush your teeth for three whole months?

Been there, done that, Appalachian Trail. Does washing (no soap) in streams count? Only time in my life I ever had a beard. Bet I was caveman skanky! :icon_lol:

Try an old diesel boat of the T-class subs. We used to call them pigboats. Fresh water was for drinking only. You could take all the showers you wanted.... with salt water.:blind: But we did not recieve $30,000 for that, it was more like $300.......:bump: So, you could say: Been There Done That..... and it didn't kill us either.

C9G, if Henry's writing the cheque, would you consider 15 grand for confirming you checked every day for 3 months, and saw no sign of washing or brushing here? :d

Kofschip,

When I first saw "Das Boot", by the end of the movie, I swear I could literally smell those men. A life of a "Bubblehead" is not a life for me. Kudos to you mate. :medals:

Absolutely I'd do it. All that funk can be washed off after 90 days. But - careful with any nicks or scrapes on your skin, as the bacteria level will be off the scale with infections much more likely in any open wound !!

i worked with a guy like that a looooong time ago. one day at lunch i didn't want to smell him, so i moved up wind. he realized what was up and moved to counter. i fixed him good that very afternoon. he never gave me any more trouble after that. :icon_lol:

No way....I'm too fond of my "comforts" these days. I've done the whole camping trips, rock/dance festivals thing...and thoroughly enjoyed it at the time.:ernae:

I remember a new guy who started out working in our company a few years ago. He was assigned to work alongside me for a few days to learn the ropes. From afar he seemed like an affable chap...very respectable looking. It was only when you were up close that you realised the distinct aroma of BO! Being an easy going, non confrontational guy (at the time!:monkies::icon_lol: ) I put his immediate hygiene issues down to the fact that this was his first day, and he was perspiring a lot?!
On day2 he arrived for work....alas still cloaked in a pungent smell. It was obvious that this guy was part cat, in that he was afraid of showering! The smell was foul....almost choking! Cue KD storming off and requesting that the new guy be moved elsewhere and given a few lessons in personal hygiene before I snapped completely and dragged him outside to hose him down! The manager laughed at first...but realising that I was completely serious, re-assigned the newbie to another section!:monkies:

..oh gee, let me think a minute..

After I get the $30,000 I can pay my doctor and dental bills as a result of poor hygene and dental care for 3 months. That should leave me... :isadizzy:

Nope. Guess not.

I will be happy to post a "Question of the Day" to get the "conversation going". It might not be every single day, but I will try to post a couple of questions a week.

All of you are such good sports! Thank you for participating! You make this fun!! http://freesmileyface.net/smiley/Happy/happy-018.gif (http://freesmileyface.net/Free-Happy-Smileys.html) Plus, I learn so much from all of you and I laugh even more at some of the anecdotes you share!

I've went a week or two on water hours when at sea and our distilling plants broke down. I don't think Mrs Willy would let me stay in the house if I missed a day now.
