Orbx is pleased to announce the immediate availability of its latest FTX Airport, YCDR Caloundra. This charming location lies at the southern end of the glorious Queensland Sunshine Coast and offers a wondrous playground of waterways, golden beaches, stylish beachfront and luxury apartment living, and plenty to explore inland at the nearby Glasshouse Mountains. The debut airport for Orbx from John "Prof" Hockings, his local knowledge of the area and skills as an architect lend themselves to a stunningly accurate rendition of this busy GA airport and surrounds. Included is the Queensland Air Museum which features some old and not-so-old aircraft lovingly restored and open to the public. The scenery includes a huge area of pristine 60cm photoreal imagery, meticulously modeled apartment buildings and plenty of atmosphere! All of your work is jaw dropping:jawdrop:. Man, do I need more time for this hobby. All the pictures I have seen of this airport are beautiful! Right now I am busy learning how to fly 747 with FMC. Do ya think I could land her at YCDR....lol...I could just park her at the end of the runway.

I'd say we're all waiting for PNW and those US-fields or something more centralized for Australia like Alice Springs - at least I do. That's why I'll give this one a pass even if it looks good. You can't have them all can you.

You can't have them all can you.

Why not?? I have them all and will do the same with PNW.

Cheers

lol Pat! I suppose that not everyone has the budget that some of us have, inclusive of myself, this being my only hobby I spend a fair bit on it
