Hi all,

I've been working on a new repaint for Lionheart's Kodiak, and finally got around to finishing it today. I've uploaded it here as well as to avsim and flightsim just a little bit ago, so it should be available for download within the next couple of days.

Hope you all like it. :)

Thanks for the comments. :)

@ Lionheart,

I love that rugged look as well, and you're the one who made it possible with that wonderful paint kit for the Kodiak, that includes all that weathering and dirt. :) In fact, it's the dirt layer from the main fuselage that I used to create the subtle water line on the pontoons (I was going for the 'this has been sittin' in the water for a while' look.) So anyhow, thank YOU, because your paint kit makes that rugged lived-in look incredibly easy to add. :)

Thanks again for the great comments, they are most appreciated. :)

Outstanding George...

Any chance of changing Florida F & W to Maine? :kilroy:

My son is a Maine Warden pilot (they really fly a C-185). That would be cool!

p.s. I also love my special forces Kodiak....

Thanks

Hey Dick,

I'd be glad to work up a Maine version for you. Any chance you can get some photos of the C-185 they use (if there's anything special about the paint on that). After doing a little searching around, it seems black and red are the agency's primary colors, so I could do a paint including those colors if that's what you would like. Feel free to pm me with any pictures you may have of their real C-185, or with any other information about how you would like the paint to look, and I'll gladly put together something for you. :)

To everyone else,

Thanks for all the great comments. :) For anyone still looking to download it, it's now up at both the avsim and flightsim libraries, and should be up here at SoH in the next day or two. :)
