May want to check out www.growlersoftware.com (http://www.growlersoftware.com) as well.
Best as I can recall the trial version watermarks the vids but (I think) does not timelimit run time.

I have registered versions of both the guncam above and fraps. Fraps is a good program and keeps getting beter.

Growler guncam is more configureable as to vid sizeing and has a builtin editor.

The site linked above has a example vids section and all the info on the program.

I've used it on xp and win7 with no probs. Best bet is d/l and try it.
I can't upload vids of any quailty being on dialup but the site has some.

But basicly you start the program, set for full screen or "gunsite", set capture size, set triggers (either timed toggle trigger..like 10 secs everytime to pull your js trigger or can set a on/off toggle.)

Fire up your game and record. After you select the clip/clips you recorded and then edit and output them.

It's a pretty easy program to master, I have and I'm just a banged up old disabled coalminer :)

As said fraps is a great program that keeps getting better, I posted up guncam as it is a alternate that has some features not yet in fraps.
