785 or 790 am3 mb

I just noticed a whole new range of 785 DDR3 AM3 board and they are really cheap. Are they really inferior to the 790 boards? (for FSX purpose only)

These are the only two 785 motherboards worth buying at present and they are very good choices:

The specs come out almost even with the best of the 790 motherboards. Do not use Mushkin or Crucial memory on either of these if you are going to overclock

The Gigabyte looks like a DDR2 board though, is that right?
