NEK and AvHistory Weapon Packs?

I've downloaded a couple aircraft for CFS3 on this site, most said they need the NEK and HvHistory weapons packs, I found the AvHistory pack, but can't find th NEK weapon pack. Can someone point me in the direction of the NEK weapon pack download link? Thanx.

Can you install the NEK even after you modded CFS3 with 1% aircraft?

I would think so - some of the 1% aircraft won't even show up properly in the Aircraft list without it, iirc.
