My first repaint of Piglet's excellent MS-760 Paris Jet. Found this shot and Airliners.net and checked to see if Tako had done it, then gave it a go. Thanks Piglet, this is one beautiful airplane.

You just saved me some work too. ;)

You did a good job on the day-glo orange too. That's a really hard colour to get right in FSX.

Almost impossible to do day-glo orange in any Flight Sim Tako, I used international orange on the repaint. Day-glo orange is a translucent candy color and requires a white base before painting on my plastic models. I really don't know if it could be properly done in FSX, maybe ChrisB could tell us.

It may be possible with some black magic going on in the spec map/alpha but as you say it is almost impossible to get right in the main texture map alone.
