Made it to Marignane [LFML] and dropped the baton.

That was a messed up flight. I spent extra time to get shots of the Eiffel tower but it was foggy as you can see then the extra time to climb back to cruise. Then I get a call from work, so I tried to divert to Uzes airport [LFNU]
I desended to about 2000, and couldn't spot anything in time. I had to go back to work for a couple hours, so I had no choice but to pause. So I get back and decided to spend the time climbing back to my planned cruise alt.

That was a very inefficient first leg.:frown:

No more sight seeing for me. I'll save that for another journey.

I accidentally set my flight date to November 20th instead of October 20th. Can this be changed in my FlightLog?

Actually, I knew one of the officers. I didn't even have to get out of the plane. They filled my tanks and just let me go. It only took ... 5 minutes ... yeah.:engel016:

Looks like I'm going to have to drop out of the race. This weekend could have been my last change to get to Mebourne, but I can't make it happen. So let's just say my story was, "He was forced to make an emergency in Iran and was never heard from, or seen again..."

Thank you to the organizers who arrange this awsome race and allowed me participate. I will be back for the next one!
