I used to moderate some forums, among other things it got too tiring, however fun it sometimes was. This is practically harmless. We don't have any OCD spammers here, or anyone spamming to cause serious trouble. Be glad there aren't any admins that quit(that I'm aware of) We had someone try to impersonate her to get access to admin controls. If it was who I think it was (a particular seriously persistant and determined pest we've banned) that would have been the death of our project.

I admin the 308th Forums but its easy cus nothing happens there. Course I did have to deal with a little kid who just wouldnt stop. I deleted about 30 posts from him all spam and junk we all knew.
