Motherboard to replace M2N-SLI Deluxe

Any suggestions on a replacement mother board for an AM2 Athlon 62 X2 5000+?

My M2N-SLI deluxe has about flaked itself out. Will only fire up every other time you hit the button and is downhill going fast.

Another bump to the top for this one. Still need to get this machine back on it's feet.

An additional request will be a real serial port. These are getting about as scarce as hen's teeth, but thanks to Rockwell Automation's horrible software support of USB to Serial converters with their PLC software I'd like to find a MoBo with RS-232 on the back.
(Yes, I occasionally drag my work home with me...:frown:)
