Are there any searchlight gsl objects that can be destroyed out there
or have they yet to be made.

There is a movable searchlight that came out back in 2003. It is destroyable. I don't know who made it but I have it if you want me to send it to you.

I included a set of searchlights in my RAF Stettin Raid mission. You can get it and the lights here:

These actually swivel as I recall and they have a DP file so they can be destroyed.

There are several searchlight/fire effects too but these are just .bgls. IIRC

It's the same object ,he had made by Wozza "Wozza's silly search lites very very basic ver 1.2 " and in the credits from the Jagd's RAF Stettin Raid mission readme we can read :

but as he said it's a very very basic version that need to be improved, so....does it possible for a designer to make a new more advanced version of this object ?

I have search lights available to anyone who send me their E-mail through a PM. I do not know who build them so I cannot upload them.

You can also buy the Dambuster package from Justflight and use its Search lights to your own private use!

Somebody should do some searchlights as a vehicle or ship model. It would be cool to have them switch on as you entered an area.
