He may not but I do. My ex-father-in-law, Norton Vann, back in about 1985 he was arrested for Driving Under the Influence while riding a horse, he refused to pay the fine and was sent to jail for 180 days in Lafayette, GA. The officer that arrested him and I were friends and rode motorcycles together until he passed away a couple of years ago.
