Thank you all.
Yup, the plane is nice and no one was flying it, so, i took a try - and it's sturdier and more long-ranged than Orion and a WAY easier to land than comet.
Also in year 1936 famous Soviet aviator of polish origin Sigismund Lewanewsky flew the last produced V-1A equipped with floats from LA to Moscow accross Siberia.
One of the most sccesful Soviet passanger planes of the pre-war period -- KhAI-10 (aka PS-34) was based on V-1 design.

Off to LIRA

Down and safe at LIRA. Although I accidentialy hit "Otto" button while taking kodaks above rome for approximately 5 secs - though not having any benefits from it - I know where is LIRA and where is LIRF and the visibility was good and that "Otto" almost crashed me into Coliseum=)
So, I beg the commitee to pardon me or penalise me accordingly without me having to refly the leg.:engel016:
Otherwise it was a nice flight with slight boltanka over Corsica and some fog near Italian coast.

Haitun, this leg is good.

Not sure just what you did over Rome. If you merely used the autopilot, then there is no problem--the rules permit the use of an autopilot. (I believe that most pilots are using an autopilot of some sort--it's practically a necessity for those long legs to come.)

For a nice package that includes ADF radios and the Sperry autopilot, see the one that PRB put together for use in the Race.

I accidentially hit the key which turns on default FSX autopilot, which AFAIC is turned to the point of destination. Although I was 1 mile away from the airport when I did this, so there was no benefit in it.

Was caught in a severe storm over the coast of Adriatic and crashed due to overspeed and overstress.

Had to drop out due to another flight stick extermination - perhaps will finish the race in test mode either in Vultee or in new Panderjager.
