This morning, while searching for aircraft videos to use to make sound packs, I picked up a little nasty. AVG says it's there but can't kill it. Ad-Aware says it's there but can't kill it. So, I am going to do a format and rebuild of C drive....it needs done anyhow just to clean the drive out, freshen things up. I have all my sim stuff on a second HD (and backed up to an external HD that is only plugged into the computer while transferring files to or from it). I'm not going to lose anything other than files I really don't need, a rather cluttered registry file perhaps....will take some number of hours to get the system formatted, XP reinstalled, all updates done, programs reinstalled.
So, For the next couple days...if that long...my main system will be in the "shop"....luckily my wife said I can use her laptop to get on line and see what is going on.
