Well that sucks in toooo many words.... had a project I was working on.. a Wildcat for FSX using the proper SDK.

I have the drive at a shop right now to see what I can recover... hopefully I can get my MAX file... otherwise goodbye about 40 hrs of work.... going to cost me a few hundred to get it I bet.

I recover drives for much less than that .....WOW

Physical problem.... best news they said... platters fine.... PSB board or needs new heads.... $700-$1500. They are going to see if they can find parts for it... an early model version of the drive.

Not just all my FSX stuff... but also some of my CRM work as well.
