I might be going potty here, but I normally do not fly aircraft with reverse thrust.

I did this morning to find that I do not seem to have it!.....causing the Fire department a panic as I duly rolled off the end of the runway!!!!
I checked the assignments list under settings/controls, and (unless I am being stupid) it is not there at all, let alone not un-assigned.

Was it not Ctrl/shift/F2 or some thing similar in FS9?

On my console, its F2. Just hold down F2 for a moment and RT should kick in.

Correct, press F1 to idle engines and then press and hold F2 to bring in the reverse thrust, check also the aircraft has it fitted, in the cfg and air file are parameters to enable reverse thrust and the amount you have, sometimes these figures are too low or non existant, you may need to edit them to get reverse to actually work in the sim.

Best

Doh!!! Thanks guys! I just I was not holding F2 for long enough. Funny that I could not see it listed under the control functions in the menu. No matter, all sorted now.
