I haven't personaly found one or know of one that supplies the same amount of info as Skinners Heaven altogether in one site.
If you take a gander through the "Tips" sticky, there are several sites that have similar items.
If there is a specific subject you are looking to find, I may be able to help you further.

Rob,
I'm looking for chevrons (Luftwaffe) that have a better size than the ones from simmers paint shop. The ones from wings and coffee are overized and also not ideal. Off course I can doctor a lot with these, but somehow the result is not as I would like it to be.
Thanks Rob
Cees

Chevrons are a bit tricky. While there may have been a set formula for the angle or size, in reality it varies from aircraft to aircraft. I usually start with a profile or photo (much preferred!) and "paste" that over the area to be painted. Then I use my line tool (with anti-aliasing turned on) set the line width to the width of the arms of the chevron I am making, and make the "V", extending past the start and end points (it ends up looking more like an "X".) Then I use the polygonal lasso tool (in Photoshop; I'm sure other programs have a similar tool) to trim one end and make the point, and the rectangular marquee tool to square off the arms. If there is an outline (such as white) I do the whole thing again, only increasing the line width by a pixel or two or three (depending on the original width of the outline.)
