It is in no way a 'movable aerodynamic device'!
Perhaps the stupid little winglets and trim tabs attached to suspension arms should be banned under that clause ...... :kilroy:
If 'EffWun' is supposed to be about 'improving the breed' then a suspension device should be of more practical value for a road car than wings and things tacked onto anything and everything.
