After a virus prob, I've just installed Photoshop CS to replace 7.0; on the whole, no probs, but in Image Ready, I used to use the line tool to draw lines directly onto the active layer. Image Ready CS won't do this (for me at any rate) and draws each line as a new layer. As you can imagine, this is a pain, especially for curves, etc. Then it puts a sort of blue box around everything - also a new feature - which seems often to pull the lines, etc, out of true. As usual, the help file is no use. Any ideas on how to switch these useful mods off and go back to the way I was using? Thanks!
