Now the Quest Kodiak is back online.

Hey Bill, would you consider aliasing the sound set to King Air 350 instead of the Caravan? Although 350 is a twin, but when Kodiak is using it, I could hear only one engine, coming from the front. IMHO, the 350 sound set makes the Kodiak sound more realistic (judging from the sound in video clips).

Hey Wombat,
If you have the Alphasim T34C, use that sound set.
It sounds really good and works very well.

@ Bill,
Thank you very much for the update.

No. I don't have the T34C, but to complete the Kodiak, I may go and buy the T34C :d. Thanks for the tip. :wavey:

G'day Bill,

Sorry to nit pick, but I found some minor mapping misalignment that you may want to look into when you have rested from your hectic re-release.

Does 2.5 have nav light bulbs on its wings or is just an effect file like before? That's the only reason I've not bought this bird yet.

I am not sure if this has the TSS T34C sounds. I hope so for those that do not have the payware version.

The sound set seems to be for FS9 and earlier and therefore may not have the sound cone feature.

Hey guys,

The new Epic has the following;

* New bazel graphics for the Garmin G900X system that are more precise in colors and font, are photo based from a factory photo
* New lightmaps for the Garmins
* New manual created in Mac iWork 09 'Pages' featuring better graphics and added data and screenshots
* Reverted NAV lights; going back to original specs that were brighter. We had some complaints on the new version as it was hidden somewhat in the wingtips. Now they are bright again.

Thanks for the heads up on the graphics mis-alignment. I might be able to make a small update, downloadable directly, to fix that.

Oh how I love 'easy' updates.... If only they would come my way, lol...

This update comes with a free oil change, carpet shampoo, tech inspection of the turbine, and exterior wax with a shot of armour all on the tires.

Hope you enjoy it. Happy flying.

Should be very soon. Give them a short while to get the file installed.

Still showing 2.4. They're a little sluggish over there.

Mr. Bill "LionHeart,"

I got the UPDATES for both the Epic v1.8 & Kodiak v2.5 and both the manuals look great! :applause:

Just wanted to point out a small little thing that always bothered me; if you can fix it, I would appreciate it... The installation PATH to FSX is always wrong for 64-bit installations of Windows (specifically, Vista 64).

Thanks again for such great products! :wavey:

Hey James,

Man, I wish I knew how to fix that. I would possibly need another installer or the package will compile to nearly 400 megs or more, nearing half a Gig.

Surely there is a way. I'll check with the ClickTeam website and see if they have a fix.

Thanks for the heads up.
