Yes ,I love snow. Love to go visit places that have snow then come back to comfortable winters in ATL. Go snowmobiling each year and thouroughly enjoy the stuff. Visited Eagle River and I can honestly say that type of bitter cold can take some of the fun out. Last year went to Alpine ,Wyoming. Now that was awesome! Not to cold, you can venture from the trails and play in the fluffy stuff. Best yet is the wild life is plentiful...even the snow bunnies.

Lived in Canoga Park, near Thousand Oaks. Weather and seasonal changes were really DULL. Returned to Kentucky for the bluegrass and Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Really missed them in CA.

Up here in far North IL, we're on the backside of summer sliding into Fall/Winter....ugh....snow, weeks on end of overcast skies with no sun,...

Don't know whether it's me getting older or the winters getting longer...but I'm dreading it.

What luck to see snow already. Our mountains don't even have new snow yet. I have been waiting to get a ride in a plane with skis, and that is going to take a while apparently.
