Hi folks,
Anyone experiencing something similar?
Since weeks I'm unable to log into the IRIS forum, reason; incorrect user name.
I wrote to the IRIS staff, no reply.
So I decided to re-register with the purchase details etc....
Automated response; your account must be actived before you can post.
The activation never happened.
I wrote to David Brice, IRIS staff.....still no reply....
Any ideas?
Can't be a security problem as the confirmation mail for the the registering process works.
