Very strick rules on inappropriate dress/swimsuit in designated "zoned " area here in Florida. Three quarter of your behind should be covered, no thongs or French cuts! There was a Brazilian lady who did not know about the ordinance and she was arrested.

Just exactly what was he thinking though? http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/angry/duh.gif (http://www.thesmilies.com)
First off, I think only females should be allowed to wear thongs. Secondly, I think only females with a body fit to wear a thong should be allowed to wear them. I have nothing against personal expression, but we should all have a limit when it comes to being in public.

Gotta admit ... the guy has talent.
Hell I can't even wear a thong ... I can never get one to fit ... his junk must be much smaller to be able to wear one ...
And to ride a bike at the same time ... wow! :monkies:

Didn't I just see in the news about a woman who rides her bicycle totally nude? She was arrested but the charge was thrown out because she had no intent to arouse, to shock or to be aroused. One of those elements has to be present for indecent exposure.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

She can now ride around in her birthday suit all day long without breaking the law.

Wonder how these legal beagles knew she was not aroused...:kilroy:
