Keep an eye on the Alphasim website:

"AlphaSim is moving to a new physical location and so tech support will be unavailable until Monday, possibly Tuesday next week. Apologies to anyone with a tech issue, we'll be on it as soon as physically possible. We will return next week with screenshots of our immenent new release for FS9 and FSX - the Yak-52 !"

So, "imminent" means at least more than a week! Wake me up when the C-17 is ready. :icon_lol:

Then you remember incorrectly good sir. It's still an AlphaSim/ Flight1 project and will be finished in due course.

IIRC that's a Nanchang CJ-6, looks similar but is quite different.

Not for FSX just FS9.

C-17 is coming along very nicely. I admire the determination to finish what is essentially a large project both the fact the aircraft is big and also the modeling/systems challenges are big.

It'll be trundling along once finished.

Obviously everyone is basing imminent on similar statements made in the past which have yet to see the light of day (even though they are still being worked on). In the case of the Yak, I believe imminent is actually a pretty good assesment :ernae:

In case anyone is wondering I work for AS - I used to be AlphaSim-Quid21 in the forum built the SR-71, B-52 etc.
