i' unable to locate tango romeo's addons and, more i must advice that most of morton's files are not downloadable...

You can find Tango Romeo (Tom Sanford) downloads at Simviation.com.

Morton's downloads are simply out of order for the moment due to some serious server issues a few weeks ago. They will be fixed as soon as possible.
